Subject: Call for papers--AIC Research and Technical Studies
The topic for this year's RATS (Research and Technical Studies) session at the AIC meeting will be: "Polymers: Sticking Together." The session will focus on both the practical and theoretical aspects of polymers and be geared towards both scientists and conservators. Papers could cover one of the many aspects such as adhesives, consolidants, coatings and media. Submissions regarding a range of topics are encouraged, including the analysis and technical study of museum materials, treatment techniques and issues, and materials used in conservation practice.
