Request for Qualifications
Conservators

The Arkansas History Commission <URL:http://www.ark-ives.com> is
requesting qualifications from conservators to complete condition
assessments and conservation treatment plans for each of 147 works
of art including oil paintings, photographs, enhanced photographs,
lithographs, prints and various other mediums on paper.

The conservator will be selected by the qualifications-based
selection procedures.  The conservator must show qualifications
through professional training, past experience, professional
accreditation, references and timeline in which the project can be
completed.

Interested parties are invited to secure an RFQ Information Packet

Requests for RFQ Information Packets must be received in the office
of the Arkansas History Commission by 4:30 PM CST, Friday, October
1, 2004.

All interested parties must submit the their responses to the RFQ
Information Packets to Julienne Crawford at the address above .  An
original and five copies of each submittal must be received in the
office of the Arkansas History Commission no later than 4:30 PM CST
Friday, October 22, 2004.
