The Chicago Conservation Center
<URL:http://www.chicagoconservation.com> is expanding the Paper
Conservation Department and is seeking an Associate Paper
Conservator. The candidate will be responsible for treatment of a
wide variety of works of art on paper for private, public, and
institutional collections.

The candidate should be an active contributor to the field of
conservation and dedicated to furthering their education and
training within the field. Qualifications include a degree with a
specialization in paper conservation with at least three years
post-graduate experience preferred. Excellent communication,
organization, written and computer skills required.

The Chicago Conservation Center was established twenty years ago to
serve the conservation needs of both private collectors and public
institutions. The Center's 22 staff members work in six departments:
Paintings, Works of Art on Paper, Textiles, Murals, Frames and
Objects/Sculpture. The Center has recently expanded its community
arts education and preservation efforts with regional programs for
students and institutions.

A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with
