Plaster

This enquiry is placed on behalf of a conservator without access to
the Internet. The question posed relates to the removal of plaster
from a wall, the plaster has been applied to a wall and allowed to
settle. The area needs to be cleaned of debris and the conservator
has asked whether there are any solutions that might be used that
would remove the plaster with minimal effect to the surface of the
wall.
