Head of Conservation, PCU and Conservator Band 5 (Palaeontology) Palaeontology Department The Natural History Museum Cromwell Road London SW7 5BD +44 207 942 5039 Applications are invited for two fixed term contracts (1x18 month and 1x30 month) posts to work in the Palaeontology Conservation Unit, Natural History Museum, London. The Palaeontology Conservation Unit (PCU) provides conservation advice and support for the museum's collections and specializes in the preservation and conservation of inorganic and organic natural history and related materials. You will be expected to undertake a range of tasks that will contribute to the care and maintenance of the Palaeontology Collections. Work will include preventive and remedial conservation, preparation and replication. You will also be expected to support the Unit's commercial activities.
