Thank you for your letter: Ref: Convergence

I am in complete agreement with the views in your letter that more
information, discussion and debate is necessary before a
Convergence.

I did not feel it was appropriate to fill in the consultation
document as I did not feel I had enough information to comment on a
proposed ( or rather "presumed") Convergence.

Please add my name to your list of IPC members who are extremely
unsure of giving up all the benefits of a specialised and
independent group.
