Further information and registration under <URL:http://www.cbl-ascona.ch> As one of many treatment possibilities in paper conservation, paper splitting is extremely suitable for paper which is damaged by microorganisms, ink corrosion or from inherently poor quality materials (ie. ground wood paper). This course will show that single sheets can be treated without large technical equipment. Emphasis will be on hands on work.
