Subject: Call for papers--Reviews in Conservation
Call for Papers Reviews in Conservation The Editorial Board and Managing Editor of Reviews in Conservation request the submission of draft papers for the 2005 issue. Reviews in Conservation is published annually by the International Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works. It is a review journal devoted to the literature of conservation, with each paper providing comprehensive coverage of the publications within a particular conservation discipline. Papers are welcomed on a range of topics, including conservation treatments, scientific research, analytical techniques, materials, technical art history, training and ethics. The deadline for draft papers is 1 September 2004 for inclusion in the 2005 issue. Once commissioned, the deadline for completed papers is 1 February 2005. Unless special arrangements have been made with the editor, drafts should be written in English. The draft should be as comprehensive as possible. However, as some authors will only wish to carry out extensive library research once the paper is commissioned, any areas yet to be completed should be clearly indicated in the text. As the paper is a literature review, the draft paper should include an extensive bibliography, an abstract and reasonably complete introductory and concluding sections. Please contact the Managing Editor, Noelle Streeton, on reviews [at] iiconservation__org or see <URL:http://www.iiconservation.org> for Instructions for Authors. *** Conservation DistList Instance 17:72 Distributed: Friday, June 4, 2004 Message Id: cdl-17-72-006 ***Received on Friday, 4 June, 2004
