Moisture meters

We will be purchasing a moisture meter to test wet textblocks. I
note that the Delmhorst PA-2 moisture meter with the 19-E electrode
was touted a few years back as a cost-effective alternative to the
Aquaboy.

Does anyone have experience with other moisture meters as a
comparison to the PA-2?
