Illuminations of the East Two practical courses in Indo-Persian miniature painting London This is a unique opportunity to attend two five day intensive courses run by expert practitioner Anita Chowdry to learn about painting and drawing techniques and the preparation of pigments as employed by artists of the royal ateliers of Persia and the Indian Subcontinent during the16th and 17th centuries. There will also be a rare chance to examine precious original masterpieces from the British Museum or the V&A collections.
