conservation program, including the completion of a graduate
internship or one year's post-graduate professional experience. U.S.
citizenship or a U.S. working visa is required. The fellowship start
date is flexible, from the spring to the fall of 2004. A total
compensation package of $30,000 is provided for this one-year

The fellow will serve as an active member of the conservation office

Treatments will be chosen to further the individual's training and
to serve the museum's highest conservation priorities. The fellow
will work in a newly renovated and expanded conservation studio at
The Phillips Collection.
