Call for posters--AIC Annual Meeting--addendum

I have received numerous requests for the poster session guidelines.
The abstracts should be 300 to 600 words long, text only, 12 point
font, preferably in Ariel, Helvetica, or Courier.  If you submit
your abstract electronically, please include your name or the topic
as the file name. It can be difficult to sort through fifty files
named "poster session.doc."

The exhibition hall will feature fabric-covered bulletin boards,
suitable for pin or Velcro attachments.  Each presenter is allotted
a space 4ft. by 4ft, which is half of one side of one board.

This year's session runs from Thursday to Saturday, so keep that in
mind when making travel plans. Poster presenters will receive more
detailed information after the Jan.23 deadline for abstracts.
