With the assistance of the Millenium Commission,
<URL:http://www.scottishironwork.org> has been launched to promote
the conservation of historic ironwork made or found in Scotland. The
site provides historical and technical information, and an online
database for Scottish ironwork around the globe. Much of the
information will be of interest to those who come across cast and
wrought ironwork in their work.
