Freeze-drying equipment

Institute of Nautical Archaeology (INA), Bodrum, Turkey is planning
to build a wood conservation lab. Would anybody happen to have some
background information on the building of a Freeze-dryer and
suggestions concerning loading systems and trays. We are also
interested in the possibility of buying a second hand freeze-dryer.
