Framing equipment sought

I am conservator who needs to acquire some framing equipment. I would
be grateful to anyone who might be or know of someone, selling the
following types of equipment:

    Mount cutter
    Under pinner
    Mitre Guillotine
    Smaller hand tools or materials would also be considered
