Pest management

At the Centro Leon, under construction in Santiago, Dominican
Republic, they are drafting guidelines for the managers of the
museum cafe, and would like to include pest management measures. I
would like to hear from anyone who works in maintenance or IPM
measures, in relation to museum cafes.
