Questionnaire on manuscript fragments

This questionnaire forms part of the research for a project
undertaken for a Masters Degree in Conservation at Camberwell
College of Arts. I am gathering evidence for what is regarded as
good practice in the treatment of discarded manuscript fragments
that are found re-used in bindings.

All Information will be treated in the strictest confidence- no
institution or individual will be named in the project except with
their explicit permission.
