I am a MA Conservation student (focusing on books and paper)
conducting research on the types of adhesives used in the repair of
books for conservation purposes.

I would be very grateful, if you find it relevant, if you would
spend a short time filling out the survey below (all information
given will be held in the strictest of confidence). The responses
provided may be used in my research essay. Therefore please indicate
if you would like any information withheld:

Questionnaire related to adhesives used for repairing books in
conservation studios:

1. How many conservators work in your studio (who work directly on
the treatment of books)

2. If you use an adhesive directly on the back of a book (onto the
actual book paper or parchment) to re adhere or consolidate spine
gatherings, which would you consider using? (please indicate with an
