Copying photographs

On a matter of referral, do any conservators in the Sydney area know
of a reputable copying service for elderly photographs that uses
polarised light sources plus lens filter based polariser, that uses
polyester film by choice in B&W 35mm and larger formats, and
produces selenium prints onto fibre-based paper? On the same issue,
does anybody know of a 120 roll film, colour or b&w that uses a
polyester base; I can only find triacetate?
