Senior Paper Conservator National Gallery of Australia Position Number: 5032 AUS$61,285-$74,418 pa The occupant of this position is responsible for the management of the Paper Conservation section of the National Gallery of Australia, currently including the mountcutting section. The successful applicant will possess mandatory tertiary qualifications in Materials Conservation, high level experience in the conservation of works of art on paper, including photographs and moving images, extensive experience with museum exhibitions and well developed administrative and supervisory skills. The salary on commencement will be determined by the successful applicant's qualifications, skills and experience. The successful applicant will be subject to a probationary period of employment and a security check will also apply.
