The 6th Washington Conservation Guild meeting of the 2002-2003 season will be held Thursday, April 3, 2003 at the Woodrow Wilson House. This is the long- awaited, great fun, Wine Tasting Party with a program of four Conservation Spoof Talks. The Master of Ceremonies will be Andrew Robb of the Library of Congress. The presentation titles are: "Make it Flat, Make it Shine, and Make it Fit the Frame: A Case Study of Restoration Methods from the F.D. Kalley Collection" Presented by Clarke Bedford, Conservator of Paintings and Mixed Media Objects, Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden. "Industrial Shrink Wrap Technology in the Preservation of Macroartifacts" Presented by Jeff Kimball, Chief Conservator, Army Museum System, U.S. Army Center of Military History.
