Robert Mussey Associates, Boston, Mass. is seeking a one-year,
full-time intern in furniture and wooden artifact conservation for
the period beginning about June 1, 2003. The period may be extended
after this. We will consider candidates just completing academic
training in conservation, and those who intend to enter a
conservation training program in the future.

Salary and benefits are competitive. Candidates should have
demonstrated hands-on experience in one or more of the following
areas: structural repairs, veneer, inlays, gilding, finishes,
decorative paint, upholstery, metals, lacquer or other associated
materials. Recommendations are helpful.
