Cleaning sculpture

"Angel" is a sculpture by Anish Kapoor. It is a stone covered with
blue pigment. After many years in exhibition it is now also covered
with dust. I would like to ask if someone has experience of cleaning
such sculptures. Also the binding media is unknown, if such has been
used when adding pigment on the stone.
