AIC Photographic Materials Group--addendum

The AIC-Photographic Materials Group Winter Meeting in Puerto Rico
has been a success.  A great technical program combined with an
excellent coordination of social activities organized by local
institutions such as the Luis Munoz Marin Foundation and the Center
for Historical Research of the University of Puerto Rico provided a
remarkable learning environment and a unique cultural experience for
all participants.  We are hoping that this will mark the beginning
of a professional exchange between AIC experts and conservation
specialists in Puerto Rico.  I encourage the AIC community to hear
the comments of PMG members who attended the meeting.  These people
can give testimony that Puerto Rico could be a great destiny for
future AIC General or Specialty Group Meetings.
