At ALA Midwinter, PQTDG will hold a planning session to discuss
topics for the upcoming ALA Annual meeting in Toronto. We hope to
brainstorm ideas for programming that will address current issues
and problems as they relate to our group and your job.

Are you plagued by pamphlets? Moving collections off site: how do
you get it there and back in one piece? Keeping statistics, what
kinds and for whom? Mixed collections, how do you deal with
architectural records, magnetic media, etc. in your collections? Lab
planning? Ergonomics? Disaster planning and recovery? Mold?

Are there other groups in ALA or outside ALA that could be program
partners? Preferences for format (open discussion, brief
presentation with panel discussion, or long presentation by one
person)?

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. Bring your thinking
caps.
