Back copies of the Book and Paper Group Annual (volumes 1-19) are on
sale through December 31, 2002, at $5/vol plus shipping. An order

Please note that volumes 4, 12, and 16 are out-of-print. Table of

The current issue, volume 20 (2001), is also available for purchase
at $15 AIC members/$20 non-members plus shipping.

In January 2003 the cost per issue of the Annual, subject to
availability, will be: vols 1-15 $10 AIC members/ $15 non-members,
plus shipping; vols. 16-20 $15 AIC members/ $20 non-members, plus
shipping.
