Window films--corrigendum

In Conservation DistList Instance: 16:23 Wednesday, September 25,
2002, I wrote

Somehow my brain was ahead of my hands as I submitted my response to
Monica Dean's posting about window films. What I should have typed
was that Plexi does *not* lose its filtering qualities as it ages.
