A death

From: Tina Boyle <accounts>
Date: Thursday, September 5, 2002
It is with very great sadness we report the death of Clare Hampson
on Thursday September 5, 2002, at 3:20 am. Clare died peacefully at
the Pirton Grange Nursing Home, near her home. Her family was with
her. Many of us mourn the loss of a personal good friend; all of us
at the IPC will mourn the loss of a person whose contribution to the
IPC was immense. She talked of the IPC as her "fifth child" - a
child that grew and thrived under her nurturing and care. Our
thoughts are with her family, especially her four children: Sophie,
Laura, Jack and Chloe, Clare's mother, her bother James and his
family and her sister Gail and her children.

Clare will be cremated in a private family service on Wednesday,
September 11, 2002 and there will be a service of Thanksgiving at
the church in Leigh at the end of September.

The IPC have opened a Memorial Book of condolences. Please send
letters and email to Clare's family c/o the IPC office. IPC will
also be holding a Celebration of Clare's Life in the future. Notices
will go out in due course.
