Description: Reports to Principal Project Specialist, Special
Initiatives, conducting citywide survey of historic resources.
Working under general supervision, provides high-level
administrative support.  Establishes priorities, composes complex
correspondence, documents.  Manages complex scheduling, travel
arrangements, and expense reports. Plans, executes and coordinates
events and meetings with executives and key officials. Conducts
general architectural or survey-related research or other
administrative projects that span several areas and conform with
Getty-wide policies and procedures. Handles a broad range of complex
inquiries, issues, and confidential materials.  Interacts with VIP
guests. Acts independently to determine appropriate methods and
procedures. Assists with budget development and tracking. A minimum
of 6 years related experience.

Requirements: B.A. degree and familiarity using library resources
strongly preferred.  Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and database software. Requires strong interpersonal skills and tact
to understand and deal sensitively with people and organizational
