Storage

A colleague not on the DistList has asked for help in finding a
solution for a storage problem. She is responsible for an art
collection, mainly works on paper, belonging to an institution in
Southern Arizona. She would like to find a walk-in storage unit
large enough to contain several flat files. The unit would need its
own climate control as it would be placed either outside or in a
warehouse without climate control. The idea is to have humidity
control and to keep the temperature cool but comfortable for
working. In other words it needs to be refrigerated but not frozen.
Does anyone on the list know of a supplier for such a unit or have
advice about the storage problem?
