Cowboy boots

I have in my personal possession a pair of cowboy boots from the
very early part of the 20th century and which still see regular use.
However, they are in need of some refurbishment and repair. Can
anyone recommend a specialist who deals with such items in a
sympathetic manner. Many thanks for your help
