Washington Conservation Guild

The next WCG meeting will be on Thursday, April 4th. Dr. David
Scott, Senior Scientist at the Getty Conservation Institute and Head
of the Museum Research Laboratory will present "Copper Corrosion,
Patina and Pigment: Some investigations of copper and bronze
surfaces and corrosion". The lecture begins at 6:30pm. A reception
beginning at 5:45pm, will precede the lecture. The meeting will be
held at the Meyer Auditorium in the Freer Gallery of Art at 12th and
Jefferson Drive NW, Washington DC. The nearest metro stop is the
Smithsonian Station on the Orange and Blue lines. See you there,
