Publication on acrylic plaster adhesives sought

I am told that the late Morgan W. Phillips, a materials conservator
with the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities
(SPNEA) published a scientific paper entitled Experiences In The Use
Of Acrylic Plaster Adhesives sometime in the late seventies or early
eighties. Can anyone direct me to a copy of this paper. It is not to
be confused with his 1980 classic Association for Preservation
Technology (APT) Bulletin paper entitled Adhesives for the
Reattachment of Loose Plaster.
