Condensation in polyethylene envelopes

I'm looking for bibliographic references on relative humidity
condensation possibility inside polyethylene sheets envelopes
housing inorganic (stone, ceramics, metals) and organic collections
(wood, vegetal fibres, lacquers, corn, ivory, skin, leather,
feathers, etc.) in air conditioned storage areas which will control
temperature and relative humidity.
