12 month contract

Arch Con Labs is seeking an assistant conservator to work on objects
from excavations around Ireland.   The post holder will have an
opportunity to treat the full range of organic and inorganic
materials and will also be dealing directly with field
archaeologists.   Arch Con Labs is a dynamic private enterprise and
the post holder will be closely involved in its ongoing development.

The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in
archaeological conservation, ideally with at least two years
practical experience in the conservation of archaeological objects.
They must also have good written and oral communication skills, be
capable of working to deadlines and have a commitment to high
