The Sculpture Conservation Studio is presently seeking to hire a
full-time conservator to work on private and museum collections.  We
are seeking a qualified individual who is a graduate of a
conservation training program and has a minimum of 3 years
experience post-internship.  The position requires the individual to
be familiar with conservation of a wide range of materials, with
particular emphasis on sculpture, outdoor sculpture, and/or
contemporary art.  The status of the conservator will be either
Assistant (3-5 years experience) or Associate (5+ years experience).

Sculpture Conservation Studio is a private conservation facility
that has been in operation in the Los Angeles area since 1988.  We
serve a wide range of museum, foundation, municipal and private
clients throughout the United States and in Latin America.  The
Studio has two full time conservators and two conservation
technicians.

Salary is commensurate with experience.  The position comes with
vacation pay, sick pay, medical and dental benefits.
