Date: Friday, November 16, 2001
New Rochelle, NY
Through Nov. 20, 2001

You may be interested in and are cordially invited to see "Fabulous
Fakes", our exhibition of over twenty works of art created by
contemporary artists in the styles of Old and Modern Masters. It is
now at the New Rochelle, NY Public Library, and will be on display
there only through November 30. The exhibition is sponsored by the
not-for-profit New Rochelle Council on The Arts. It also features a
separate exhibition of over a hundred images chronicling "The
History of Art Forgery", a "Rogue's Gallery of Art Forgers", and a
section on "Art Forgery Detection". For companies that have art
exhibition programs, these parts of the exhibition will be available
for loan after the show closes in New Rochelle.

Also, a pre-holiday public Benefit Sale of replica antiquarian
prints at wholesale prices is being held; with proceeds to go to the
Arts Council and to the New Rochelle Library.
