SERCA Annual Meeting

March 23-24, 2002

The Southeastern Regional Conservation  Association (SERCA) will
hold its annual meeting the weekend of March 23 and 24th in
Greensboro NC. The day and a half meeting will be devoted to
creating microclimates in framed works of arts. SERCA has just
received funding from FAIC for guest speakers from the National
Gallery and Plurafil.  Sessions will cover the Declaration of
Independence, outgassing of volatiles, and construction techniques
