Rome Prize

The American Academy in Rome is pleased to announce its 2001 Rome
Prize fellowship competition.

The Academy awards up to two Historic Preservation/Conservation
fellowships, annually. Each winner is granted a residency for
independent study at the Academy. Stipends range between $10,000 and
$20,000, and each winner is provided with room, board, and a studio.
Residency terms are six or eleven months.

The postmark deadline is 15 November 2001. The application fee is
