Conservator, Fine Arts and Conservator, Works on Paper Canadian Conservation Institute The Canadian Conservation Institute is seeking to fill two positions, Conservator, Fine Arts and Conservator, Works on Paper. Education: Successful completion of a post-secondary school training in a recognized conservation training program with special emphasis on artifact conservation relevant to the position OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience. Experience: Recent extensive experience in the conservation of a full range of archival artifacts is preferred. This would include the conservation treatment of documents, manuscripts, maps, architectural plans and other works on paper. Experience in planning projects in the area of works on paper conservation. Extensive experience in planning and delivering works on paper conservation workshops. Experience in conducting surveys of archival collections.
