I am not aware of companies in Canada selling water alarms, but
Pinnacle Technology does offer the alarm that you are looking for as
an option to the temperature and relative humidity: Internet
Datalogger/TRH: <URL:http://www.pinnaclet.com/ez.htm> It sends
e-mail alerts in the event of flooding or when temperature or
humidity exceeds programmed parameters.
