Beetles

Due to the risk of pest damage the National Museum of Denmark is
monitoring exhibition areas and store rooms by means of sticky traps
with pheromones. The pest most often trapped is Attagenus smirnovi
(in England sometimes called the Vodka beetle). How dangerous is
this beetle to feathers, fur, skin, wool etc. Some literature
suggest that this pest is more or less harmless. Any information
about the harm of this particular pest will be greatly appreciated.
