Sodium hydroxide

Has anyone ever used Red Devil Drain Cleaner to mix a solution of
sodium hydroxide to use as an Electrolyte for an Electrolysis tank?
The container says 100% lye. Is it 100% sodium hydroxide or does it
have other ingredients in it which are not listed on the lable which
may be detrimental to the process?  With Super Walley World almost
in my front yard this would be a great source for sodium hydroxide.
