Professor of Conservation Salary: UKP36368 - UKP43,208 (under review) Camberwell College of Arts (The London Institute) The College is seeking to appoint a Professor of Conservation who will be an outstanding conservator, with an excellent research and publishing record, able to build on the research in Conservation and be the Subject Leader for the Postgraduate Diploma and Master of Arts (full-time and part-time) courses in Conservation. The successful candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in Conservation, have worked within an institution as a practising conservator, undertaken research and supervised research students. Experience of teaching at postgraduate level is desirable. Camberwell College of Arts is recognized as a world class centre for organic and paper conservation. The College was awarded 23 out of 24 in the recent QAA subject Review of Art and Design and in 1996 gained a Queen's Anniversary prize for the London Institute in recognition of outstanding work in conservation.
