Color standards

This message is in response to Beatrix Arendt and Jesse Sayer and
their question about communicating exact descriptions of colour. The
Natural Colour System is based on our perception of colours and it
can be used for the purpose of an exact description of colours. It
contains 1750 colour samples arranged in a colour system. The
system is based on the elementary colours yellow, red, blue and
green and each sample's relation to black and white. Each colour has
a colour code that indicates an exact position in a colour sphere.
