Subject: Enzyme poultice
The Restaurator Journal vol.20, number 3/4, 1999, p.225, has an article about a ready-to-use poultice to locally remove starch with enzymes. At the bottom of p.241 it states that this product is patented and obtainable by suppliers of conservation materials. Before tracing a European source for this product I would like to know if anyone has experience using this material or know of a North American source of supply for it.
