Additives for HVAC systems

Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on the following
chemicals used for air handling HVAC system with water treatment
programs? Are they ok for museums?

    Nalco 2897: an aqueous solution of acrylamide copolymer,
    carboxylate, sodium phosphonate, sodium molybdate, sodium
    hydroxide and a substituted triazole

and

    Nalco 2838: an aqueous solution of glutaraldehyde based
    microbiocide.
