"Virtual Libraries in the New Millenium"

Description: The target audience is library/archives directors and
other information professionals. The full-day conference will
include case studies of virtual library projects, with a focus on
future directions; an update on standards and best practices;
discussion of selection and access issues, and an overview of
networking resources needed in the future to support the growth of
the virtual library. Inter-institutional cooperation will be
emphasized throughout the program.
