Removing ink from albumen prints

When the ink cannot be removed with PEC-12, photographic emulsion
cleaner with very little effort, it generally is water soluble.  To
keep the water from causing any damage to the print, I mix it with
100% isopropyl alcohol, use only enough on the end of a q-tip to
remove the ink and then a short blast of warm air from a hair dryer
to immediately evaporate the liquid.
