Interim meeting of the ICOM-CC working group on Theory and History of Conservation-Restoration October 12-14, 2001. The next Interim Meeting of the ICOM-CC Working Group on Theory and History of Conservation-Restoration will be held from the 12th to the 14th of October 2001 in Amsterdam. The character of the meeting is informal and low budget based. We will provide free sleeping places in private houses and organise the dinners ourselves. The Meeting itself will also be held in a private house. The meeting will consist of two days during which the two following subjects will be discussed: * The documentation of the professional life of conservators at the end of their career * The way conservation-restoration history and ethics should/could be taught at conservation-restoration schools We will also use the opportunity to make some preparation work for the next ICOM-CC Triennial meeting which will be held in Brazil in 2002 and discuss the programme and the structure of the group.
